This is to inform your organisation that an insured document which was of very high importance was sent to Bangalore vide your receipt No. 58561 dt. April 30, 2003. However, till date I have not received the P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery) and it came as a great shock when I was informed by the company in Bangalore about the non-receipt of the document. On enquiring from your office, no satisfactory answer was given which amounted to the documents being lost in the transit. In case of the loss of the above-said document, you are requested to remit the insured amount of Rs. 2,000 (Two Thousand Only) by A/c Payee cheque latest by Mar. 10, 2003, failing which the matter will be taken to the court of law. Your earliest response in this matter is solicited.
