The liveliest part of the ceremonies is the wedding procession In it the groom is taken to the bride’s house. It is the most colorful and beautiful sight. The procession is led by a brass band and dancers. Light-men carrying petromax lamps and electric lights walk on both sides of the procession lighting the way. The groom is dressed in all his finery and is seated on a white mare. Relatives and friends accompany the groom on the foot. They are all dressed in their best clothes.
