Candidate  B : Yes, he is very shy.

Candidate  A : Yes, he doesn’t talk much. I feel he tries to evade group tasks.

Candidate  B : Yes, you are right he must have some problem with his social skills or

Candidate  A : Or it could he gust a fear of facing others. A Psychological problem.

Candidate  B : Yes, you are right but he must learn how to speak in a group.

Candidate  A : He can contribute and get confidence if he makes a with small talks with one or two friends near.

Candidate  B : Yes, he must be encouraged

Candidate  A : I think we must talk to him about it and try to make him feel comfortable about himself and to open up.

Candidate  B : Yes, he is now to the school but he must talk with others and participate  in group tasks.

Candidate  A : That will help him learn and enjoy his life at school and we shall  also get something new, and different.
