Candidate: Thank you, sir.

Officer: What is your name?

Candidate: Sir, my name is S.K. Marwah.

Officer: For what post have you applied?

Candidate: Sir, I have applied for the post of a Personal Assistant in your organization.

Officer: What is your educational qualification?

Candidate: Sir, I am a Graduate.

Officer: From which university did you pass your B.A.?

Candidate: Sir, I passed from the Panjab University.

Officer: What is your division in B.A.?

Candidate: High second division, sir.

Officer: What were your subjects?

Candidate: Sir, I studied English, History, Economics and Hindi.

Officer: Did you play any games in your college?

Candidate: Yes, sir. I played Badminton, Cricket, and Lawn Tennis.

Officer: Which was your favourite game?

Candidate: Sir, Cricket. I was the captain of the cricket team of my college.

Officer: What is your hobby?

Candidate: Sir, photography and travelling.

Officer: But I think photography is a very costly hobby.

Candidate: Yes, sir. It is quite costly.

Officer: How much money do you spend on photography every month?

Candidate: Sir, nearly Rs. 100 per month.

Officer: What about travelling? Where have you travelled so far?

Candidate: Sir, I have travelled all over India.

Officer: Can you name the important places which you have visited in India?

Candidate: Sir, I have been to Srinagar, Shimla, Mussoorie, Bombay, Bangalore, Madras, Calcutta, etc.

Officer: Which city in India you like the most?

Candidate: Sir, I like Bangalore the most.

Officer: What’s the reason?

Candidate: Because it is a very clean city, sir.

Officer: To which place do you belong?

Candidate: Sir, I belong to Amritsar.

Officer: Where is Amritsar?

Candidate: Sir, it is near the India-Pakistan border in the Punjab.

Officer: What is it famous for?

Candidate: Sir, it is famous for the Golden Temple and woollen industry.

Officer: What is your age?

Candidate: Sir, I am twenty-five years old.

Officer: What is your speed in Shorthand and Typing?

Candidate: Sir, my shorthand speed is 130 w.p.m. and I can type at the speed of 70 w.p.m.

Officer: Do you possess any previous experience?

Candidate: Yes, sir. I possess more than five years of experience as a Stenographer and a Personal Assistant.

Officer: Are you in service at the moment?

Candidate: Yes, sir. I am employed in a reputed limited firm.

Officer: Why do you want to leave your present service?

Candidate: Sir, I want to leave that firm for better prospects.

Officer: How much salary are you getting there?

Candidate: Sir, I am getting Rs. 18000 per month.

Officer: At how much minimum salary would you like to join our organization?

Candidate: Sir, I want a minimum of Rs. 20000 per month.

Officer: If we appoint you in our organization, when can you join at the earliest?

Candidate: Sir, I can join your organization within a period of one month.

Officer: O.K. Gentleman, we will inform you of our decision in due course of time.

Candidate: Thank you, sir. Goodbye.”
