Sir,

Respectfully I beg to say that I am a student of X-A. I want to change my section from A to B because my cousin, Mukul Jain, is in class X-B. Ours is a joint family, and we study together and have many books in common.

Kindly allow me to change my section and oblige.

Thanking you,

Yours obediently

To

The Principal,

St. Marry School,

New Delhi.

Sir,

I, am the student of XI-A of your school. I want to join section. B. In fact, many friends with whom I study are in section B. They live near my house and I can easily contact them.

Moreover, in section A there are very intelligent students and I have developed inferiority complex by attending classes in that section.

Above all, mathematics is my weak subject and the teacher who teaches mathematics in section B is my favourite teacher.

Keeping the larger interests of my future in mind I hope you will permit me to join section B.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,

Name: Jai Prakash,

Class: XIth Section: A,

Roll No.: 25.
