Sir,

I am a student of class XIA of your school. I come from a poor family and my father’s monthly income is so small that he cannot make both ends meet. Despite the hardships which my family is facing on the financial front, my father managed to pay the fee these years as my mother used to work as a maidservant. For the last four months, my mother has not been keeping good health. Now she is confined to bed. Consequently, the additional income of my family has stopped.

In view of the above situation, I should either stop my studies or I should be exempted to pay the school fee any further.

Sir, I am a bright student (I always stand first in my class) in academics as well as sports and other co-curricular activities. I have won many prizes for our school in the Inter-school sports meet.

I, therefore, request you to grant me full fee concession as this will enable me to continue my studies.

I will be grateful to you for this kind gesture.
