At on the onset, let me congratulate you for your Ph.D. degree you have been awarded regarding your paper “Indian Population – the Growing Advantage”. Although I have not gone through your paper but what I have gathered is you have given a suggestion that instead of controlling the population, we should utilise the human resources for productivity. This itself is a revelation and a pattern which the Chinese are utilising to the maximum. Henceforth I will definitely address you as “Dr. Shyam”. Yes, it really shows about your single-minded concentration on your belief. However, with this achievement of yours, I suggest you take to a full-fledged career in writing and journalism, though teaching will also not be a bad idea. Awaiting to hear further from your side.
