I wish to draw your attention to the insanitary conditions in and around `Vikas Colony’ on Kalbadevi Road.

The rubbish thrown on the street day-after-day has grown into a veritable hill. The garbage van has not come to this area for the last two weeks. The drains are leaking, letting out stinking sewage water. Stench and filth covers the entire area.

These insanitary conditions are sure to breed dangerous diseases and epidemics. I request you to take immediate steps to remove the rubbish on the street and repair the leaking drains.
