Children nowadays are leading a sedentary lifestyle and have unhealthy eating habits. As a result, obesity among school children is on the rise.
Discuss with your partner:

1. What problems this might cause?

2. What should be done to convince the school students to adapt a healthy lifestyle?

Candidate A: Hello ! Rohan. Have you notices most of our friends have become lazy.

Candidate B: Yes, you are right. Children now a day’s are leading a sedentary lifestyle. And have unhealthy eating habits.

Candidate A: Yes, it has resulted in many problems.

Candidate B: Obesity is one of them.

Candidate A: And obesity is the cause of many diseases.

Candidate B: What can be done in such a situation?

Candidate A: We can tell them about the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Candidate B: Yes, they will accept that they can maintain good physique and have an alert mind with healthy lifestyle.

Candidate A: Yes, friend but they will have to be commenced to leave sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. They may try to resist at first.

Candidate B: But we will not get disheartened and continue our efforts.

Candidate A: Yes, you are right.
