May I request you to keep your dog chained during the day. Your dog has been a great trouble for the residents of the colony. My children are afraid to go out for fear of your dog. It barks and disturbs the peace of the locality. Last Sunday it rushed to bite me. It often spoils the plants. You must keep your dog chained during the day. I hope you will heed my request sincerely.
