Subject: Stress is killing the life of youngsters.
Sir,
I would like to direct your attention towards the life of youngsters today through your prestigious column. We can find confusion among them.
It is a competitive world today where the students have to cope with huge pressure. From the beginning, parents put pressure on their children to get more and more percentage so that they choose the best careers. When they enter colleges, they also join courses such as computer courses, pre-medical entrance tests, advertising, and much more. Many times, life becomes difficult for them. The over-burdened students even take a hasty step of suicide because they are unable to cope with the pressures. The main aim is to get good marks and then get a lucrative career in life. These pressures lead to violent behaviour, depression, frustrations, and so on. It has become necessary for students to reduce stress. Yoga, meditation, etc. are ways to combat stress. If the government takes proper steps for the youth regarding employment opportunities then this pressure would decrease.
I hope you will highlight these challenges before youth.
