The Civil Supplies Officer,

Delhi.

Dear Sir,

For the welfare of the people, the government has set up a network of fair-price shops to supply essential commodities at low prices. But, the Ration Depot holder of this area, Mr. Kulbhusan Sharma is indulged in several malpractices. He mixes up some cheap stuff in kerosene oil. He sells defective cereals and even gives short measures of commodities.

Sugar and kerosene oil are two commodities which are often reported to be out of stock. It is only on rare occasions that these items are available at the ration depot. Helplessly, the people have to buy sugar from the black market at much higher rates. So, I request you that a deterrent action should be taken to set things right.

It would be a great relief to us and we shall be obliged to you for this.

Yours faithfully,

Ajay Malhotra
