Dear Mr. Akash Deep,
I was pleased to receive and examine your proposal of September 27, 2011. Thank you for your interest in providing wholesale product services to our showroom. We find your designer plastic cups to be of high interest.
Although we are unable to accept your proposal at this time, we do foresee a possibility of doing business in the future. As a relatively small and new showroom in the area, it is not cost effective for us to purchase products of such high prices at this moment. Simply stated, we currently cannot bear the costs involved. As we grow however, we may indeed require the services you offer.
I will be interested in speaking with you in about a year’s time. I do appreciate your time and effort and wish you the best in the future.
Sincerely
Ishaan Sahni
