(Kulbir Singh Kalsi):- May 15 is celebrated as International day of family. To mark the occasion St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School organized many activities and competitions in Primary 2 Block. Students spoke on the importance of family and home. They stressed upon fostering equality, sharing of domestic responsibilities, to strengthen the family and elimination of all kind of discrimination against women. Children created their own family tree in a conventional tree structure, presenting the oldest generation at the top and the younger generation at the bottom. The three best family trees were declared the winners. The day was full of fun and acknowledgement.
