Eligibility Conditions:
1. Educational Qualification
(Operator Gr.-II A.C.) (Technician).
a) Matric pass of a recognized Board/ Institution or equivalent.
b) ITI Refrigeration and Air Conditioning of at least 2 years duration in the relevant trade Certificate.
c) 02 years experience in the trade ( Govt./ Board/ Corporation/ Semi Govt. only)
2. Age as on 01.04.2015
a) 18 to 28 years for OBC category.( The candidates whose OBC Caste listed in Centre list as well as in U.T. list will be considered eligible for the said post).
b) 18 to 30 years for S.C. category.
c) Ex-Servicemen upto the age of 40 years and relaxable to OBC/SC categories upto 43 and 45 years respectively.
SELECTION CRITERIA MAXIMUM MARKS: 100
(Criteria for awarding marks)
1. Qualification ITI Certificate of at least two years : 70 (Maximum marks)
Duration in the trade of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning A.C. (Percentage of marks x 0.7) from a Govt. /recognized Institute.
Note 1. Those candidates who have acquired Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning from the recognized institute/ university and approved by the Joint Committee of AICTE/UGC/DEC are also
eligible but such candidates will be considered at par with the basic qualification of ITI certificate of 2 years duration in the trade of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and they will not be given any preference for having higher qualification of Diploma in respective discipline.
2. Written Test : 20 marks
Note 1. The mere possession of the prescribed qualification/ experience for the above post does not entitle candidates to be called for written test. Whereas the number of applications received in
response to this advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible for the department to convene written test of all the candidates. The department will short list the candidates in the ration of
1:10 and such candidates will be called for written/ computer test on the basis of maximum marks attained by them in the Educational qualification/ experience.
3. Interview : 10 marks
4. Total : 100 marks
