To,

The General Manager,

Delhi Transport Corporation,

Sabji Mandi,

New Delhi.

Sir,

I hereby bring to your notice the misbehaviour of a bus conductor. The incident took place on 25th Nov. I was travelling on bus number 89 from Sarojini Nagar to Hauz Khas in the morning about 9.30 A.M. I was going to Connaught Place. I had given him a twenty rupee note to buy a ticket. But to my surprise the conductor sat lazily and did not give me ticket. As I reminded him, he started abusing and misbehaving.

When I demanded the complaint book, the conductor refused to hand it over to me. Due to intervention of fellow passengers the incidence was averted to take an ugly turn. I hope that action will be taken against conductor for his rude behaviour.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,

Abhinav Kumar
