Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention to our discussion and. subsequent payment made to you for the Xerox Machine, vide cheque No. 3521445 dt. June 28, 2002, for an amount of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand only), whereby it was promised to be delivered by June 30, 2002. However as on date neither the machine has been delivered nor have, we received any information regarding the same. You are requested to deliver the copier at the earliest, failing to do so will result in an annual of the purchase order.
