This is to inform you that you being a valued customer of our bank, we had given you the Teller facility. On June 21, 2003, an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) was withdrawn vide cheque No. 7216525 whereas the amount shown in your S/B A/c was of Rs. 6000/- (Six Thousand only). The amount of Rs. 4,000 (Four Thousand only) was overdrawn by mistake.

You are kindly requested to remit the A/c at the earliest and maintain a decent balance.
