Letter regarding filing a legal complaint.
Feb. 11, 2003
To,
M/s. Akanksha Publishing
Dwarka,
New Delhi.
Sir,
This refers to our letters dt. 14th Jan. and 21st Jan. and subsequently to your letter on 6th Feb. 2003, regarding the payment of outstanding of 5.45 lacs. As a matter of fact, we would have filed a legal complaint against you by now, had it not been our business relationship for the last ten years. This outstanding has now gone into 9 months inspite of our repeated requests to you. On the other hand, you have stopped giving us further works, which has raised serious doubts about your intentions, which we now suspect. Your printing work is going to M/s. Karan Printers, Okhla, inspite of our competitive rates. In case you have decided to stop business with us for reasons known best to you, kindly release our payments, so that we do not suffer in our work. Failing to comply with this request, which you can consider to be the final request, we are left with no option other than dragging you to the court of law, which will be the last step out of compulsion.
Hope you take this matter on a serious note and avoid legal complications.
Yours Sincerely,
Subrat Bhatia
