In the month of December, we a group of fifty students are planning to visit Udaipur, Jaipur and Bikaner. I have been informed by the tourism department of my state about the excellent arrangements provided by your department. I shall be highly obliged, if you send me a brochure containing detailed information about tourist places, fare charges, lodging and boarding facilities to enable us draw out a suitable programme. I shall be very great full if the relevant details are sent.
