Uses of Television

Television is generally described as a wonder box. It has brought about a great change in man’s life. It is no more an item of luxury. It has become a necessity for every family. We get a variety of information on the television. Sitting comfortably at home we can watch important events happening all over the world. On special days cultural and social programmes are telecast. There are special programmes for children students and women. It is a good pass time for the old. Television can be used to promote national unity.
