Essay on “If there were No Water” Complete Essay for Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation and other classes.
If there were No Water
Water consists of two molecules of hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen. If we suppose that water is not there it makes us naturally to presuppose that these gases also do not exist.
Even if we limit our discussion just to water, we can say that the world would be a strange one for us. If water were not there, it is understood that there would be no oceans, no seas, no rivers, no canals, no lakes, no springs, no snow, no ice, no ground water either. And also there would be no clouds, no lighting and no rainbow.
Since all trees and plants depend on water for existence„ certainly there would be no such things, no flowers, no gardens, no forests, no grass, no crops, etc.
Since there would be no crops, no fruits, no vegetables, no food grains, man would have nothing to eat or even to drink. But even human life would be impossible. Man cannot live without water beyond a few hours. Moreover, human blood contains a large quantity of water which is supposed not to be there. If there were no water, there would be no blood in human veins and arteries and in tissues, muscles and bones. So, man would be non-existent or just a bundle of dead, stiff and stark bones, if at all we insist on his being there.
