Dear Sir,

              We are thankful for the prompt supply of kitchen appliances, ordered vide order No. 16 dated Sept. 15, 20…. We, however, regret to inform you that the chilly chopper and egg slicers are of an inferior quality. We had placed out order for high quality products. Considering it a breach of trust we intend to cancel the order. But before that we would like to give you  a chance to make amends. You may either replace the goods at your cost or allow us a sufficient discount on them. We shall be glad to hear from you soon and know the remedy you propose.
