State Bank of India has decided that in order to garner more business and generate goodwill among the customers, the Management and the award staff should join hands together in order to better the customer services, which has taken a downslide as per the response of our customers during the “Customer Week” celebration. A large number of complaints have slurred our image as the Bank closest to the common man.
We sincerely hope that the employees of this esteemed organisation will fasten their seat belts and once again rise to the occasion, to remove the negative perceptions of the people.
