Sir,
This is to request your good self to grant me a permission for visiting your jail and discuss with the prisoners about the “Reforms” initiated by honourable Kiran Bedi. I am working with an esteemed newspaper “THE HINDUSTAN TIMES” and we are planning to do an article about these unfortunate victims of circumstances. As a matter of fact, we would like to make our readers aware of the fact that criminals, who can again have a chance to rehabilitate themselves in the society with help from the more fortunate ones.
