10 Lines – How I Spent Last Sunday

1. Last Sunday our class went to the Buddha Garden.
2. Our class teacher was with us. We had hired a bus to reach there.
3. We took out our lunch boxes, a few carpets and some games.
4. We saw many people there. They looked happy.
5. We went round the park. We felt ourselves in the lap of nature.
6. There were beautiful plants, bushes, trees and small rocks, and a few bridges.
7. The air was fresh and refreshing. We spread carpets in the shade of trees, played games. Some students told tit-bites.
8. Our class monitor sang sweet songs. We took out our lunch boxes and shared among themselves. I played chess. At 4 p.m.
9. We went to the only restaurant of the Buddha Garden and took tea and snacks. Finally, at 5 p.m. We boarded the bus and reached our school.
10. From there the students went back to their respective homes. I enjoyed the picnic very much. I thought of visiting the place with my family.
