Dear sir,
As the head boy and cultural secretary of the Students Association of our school, it is my privilege to invite you to address the staff and students of our school on this year’s Independence Day.
You have been working for educational reforms and student’s welfare for the past few years. You are undoubtedly the best person to speak to us on this great day. I. on behalf of the association as well as on my own, therefore, requests you to give us the opportunity to listen to you. The day’s function will start at 9.00 a.m. with flag hoisting and National Anthem. Your address will be preceded by an address of welcome by the principal of our school.
We shall feel much indebted to you for an early acceptance of this request.
