Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I lay down the following suggestions for the improvement of our school.
First, the students should be debarred from walking on the lawns because no grass can grow when students are allowed free movement on lawns. These should be fenced off from main roads.
A special fund may be raised for repairs of broken doors and windows. A water cooler should be installed for cold water in the summer season.
Also, more flower plants and grass should be erected so as to increase greenery in the school atmosphere.
The students can provide voluntary service for white-washing and painting of the school building. Thanking you,
