I hope you to be quite well there. I am also having good times here.

I have come to know through sister’s letter that you are not paying proper attention to your studies. You have also become negligent towards your duty and responsibility to parents. This has deeply pinched and pained me.

I can well conclude that this is due to your bad company. I had made it clear during my last visit to you to keep aloof yourself from this bad company. But you forgot and didn’t pay and heed to it. You are creating troubles to our family. You are also tarnishing its good name.

You must think about your future. If you could get good education, it will make your life happy. You must read good books and should follow the instructions of your elders in the family. I hope that you will understand the things and change yourself. I don’t like to listen to any complaint about you from any source in future. Work hard. Make up your deficiency. Prove to be a good chap. When I come home, I shall bring some gifts for you.
