I am a student of X-B of your school. I most humbly request you to issue me my School Leaving Certificate for reasons below:
Recently my father has been transferred to Shimla. He has joined his new posting and in a couple of days we are carrying our bag and baggage. We are busy these days in packing up.
Leaving school at this juncture is not in my interest at all. It can harm my studies badly. Being my last school year it will be much more crucial. for me. But Sir, I am helpless. I must leave for shimla with my parents.
Moreover, in the absence of a school hostel here in this school I can’t continue here, otherwise I personally want to be here in this prestigious institution and clear my Board Examination here only.
Now keeping in view the circumstances, it is requested that my school leaving certificate be issued to me at an earliest to join my new school in Shimla.
