1. The policeman is one of the most important public servants. No government or society can do without him.

3. His life is hard and risky, therefore, he has to be healthy and tough, for he has to cope with all sorts of criminals and lawbreakers.

4. He looks out for trouble-makers and is always helpful when you turn to him.

5. The traffic policeman stands for hours in the sun and rain, controlling the traffic.

6. In times of grave danger and disturbance, his presence and services are essential. Whatever be the trouble, he has to carry out his duties faithfully and justly.

7. As he is a protector of laws, he is viewed as a friend; although he is quiet, and people are afraid of him, one never doubts his authority.

8. Even the most aggressive people become humble before a policeman.

9. The well-being of our society depends on the efficiency and sincerity of the police force.
