1. Last Sunday, I went with my family on a picnic to Surajkund. We carried our food, water, plates, glasses, mats, and some games.

2. We left by car at 8 a.m. and reached there at 9 a.m.

3. My parents spread out the mats. We fetched all the things from the car and kept them near the mats.

4. My parents sat there, listening to the music on the radio.

5. We started playing football with our small ball. Many people had come there that day.

6. Soon we made friends with other children and played ‘hide and seek’.

7. We ate our lunch and drank iced fruit juice. We played cards for some time.

8. Then our parents had a nap. We went to play once again with the children.

9. It was an exciting day.
