We wish to inform you that inspite of two reminders vide letters No. AP/MKT/321 and AP/MKT/336 dt. May 20, 2003 and June 28, 2003 respectively, we have not heard from your end and we sincerely feel you are in no mood to make the payment of Rs. 1,50,000 (one lac fifty thousand) which is now overdue for more than 60 days. Keeping this thing in view, we are forced to hold back your latest order and issue you a warning that if the payment does not reach us by July 30, 2000, we will be forced to cancel your dealership. Further correspondence on this matter will not be entertained.
