Some think that the experienced teachers will do better for the students while others think that even the inexperienced teachers also can do better for the students. To which statement do you agree? Give your reasons.

People always prefer to learn from experienced teachers as there is the age-old belief that experienced people can do better than the newcomers.

Those who prefer experienced teachers point out that ‘experience is the best teacher’. There are certain qualities that an experienced person possesses and an inexperienced one does not have. For example, an experienced teacher knows how to handle students of different standards and how to teach them effectively. Their teaching methodology will always be better than that of inexperienced teachers. Moreover, it is rightly said that ‘practice makes man perfect’. So, one cannot deny the fact that those with more practice will be better than the novice.

Moreover, experienced ones possess in-depth knowledge about the subject in hand through years of studies which a newcomer does not have. However, there are exceptions. A new inexperienced teacher with talent may outperform an experienced person without teaching skills. Talent and flair are as important as experience. So, it is not cent percent correct to say that experience makes the teacher perfect.

In a nutshell, it seems that the best one will be an experienced teacher with good teaching skills as practical knowledge is always better than theoretical knowledge.
