Sir,

This is to inform yourself that the undersigned will proceed on a business trip to the U.S.A. for a period of one month. In this regard, he will be needing 5000 dollars exchange for Indian currency at the stipulated exchange rate which is presumed to be at Rs. 46.40 per dollar. The sum in Indian rupees for 5000 USD, which is Rs. 2,32,000 (Two Lacs Thirty-Two Thousand only), is hereby enclosed in the cheque No. ET 322808. Also find enclosed a Xerox of the passport and the visa alongwith the form for your perusal.

Your earliest action in this regard will be highly appreciated as his flight is schedule to depart on April 12, 2003. Thanking in anticipation.
