My dear Mother
The Annual Prize Distribution Function was held in my school yesterday. Mrs. Gautama Garg, the Deputy Commissioner was the chief guest.
The function was held in the school hall which was tastefully decorated with ribbons, balloons and bunting.
The chief guest arrived in time. She along with the Principal and the President, School Managing Committee sat on the dais. The President of Managing Committee welcomed the chief guest. Then there was a hilarious cultural programme. After that the Principal highlighted the attainments of the school during the year. The chief guest gave away the prizes. In her speech, she praised the school for its achievements. The function ended with the National Anthem.
