Sub. : Invitation for participating in the FANCY DRESS SHOW

Sir,

It is my pleasure to inform that our school is organizing a FANCY DRESS SHOW for the students of classes 5th to 8th to commemorate the Children’s Day on November 14 in the school premises. Every participant will be given a commendation certificate and those who are ranked the first three will get attractive prizes.

The participants and their teachers would be provided with refreshment and the entry is absolutely free. Other conditions are :

(i) Each participant will have to provide a proof that he is a regular student of the school.

(ii) He/she will have to bring his own costume. Facilities for the make-up will, however, be provided by the host school.

(iii) Each participant will be given 2-3 minutes to perform on the stage. The performance may be silent or vocal.

(iv) Each school may send up to five contestants.

(v) The decision of the judges would be final. In past too, your students have been coming to our school regularly to participate in various competitions from time to time and hence our hope that we would have your full co-operation this time too to make the occasion a big success. Waiting for an early, favourable response.
