My dear Sanjeev
I must thank you once again for the loan that you advanced to me in the month of July.
I promised to return the loan as soon as my father’s business picked up. Of course, my father with his sharp business acumen has been able to set of at least a part of the losses. But something is still hindering me from paying back the loan to you. It is that my grandmother had a heart attack last week. She is still in the hospital and we are spending a lot of money on her.
For this reason, I’m still not in a position to return the loan. I hope you’ll not take my compulsion otherwise. I again promise to return the loan as soon as my grandmother recovers.
