My dear Father
We received your letter yesterday. We are happy to learn that your business trip in the States has been a grand success.
In your last letter you have asked me to give you news about the home. So, here it is. First of all mummy. She is doing her household chores as usual, and, of course, attending all the kitty parties without fail.
Dear little Jinkoo is as naughty as ever. Day before yesterday he gave me a hard blow on my back all of a sudden and without any provocation. Thank God, I was not badly hurt. And then yesterday, and that’s sad, he hurt his foot while kicking the ball towards me. But the injury is minor and there’s nothing to worry.
As for me, my studies are going on smoothly.
