Born on February 6, 1911 at Illinois (US), his childhood was neither happy nor something to talk about. He had to work as a labour and do odd jobs from an early age, but he continued to study. He graduated from Eureka College and started taking part in stage plays and radio programmes. As President, he was very popular in the US, but equally unpopular in foreign, countries. He made the US as the prime .motive amongst super power blocs’ under his Starwars ‘ strategy. He, however, suffered a setback, because of his role in clandestine sale of arms to Iran.
