1) AREA MANAGER – OPERATIONS
REPORTING TO: Regional Head – Assistant Regional Manager / City Manager
REPORTEES: Café Manager/ Asst Café Manager/ Café Incharge
LOCATION: Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication & influencing skill
Result oriented
Financial awareness & understanding of P&L
Ability to strategize & analyze reports
Sales & marketing orientation
Planning & organizational skills
Building & developing high performance team
Operating system & internet skills
Previous multiple-site supervision experience

Qualifications:
BHM graduate

Exposure::
4 – 6 years of experience in handling multiple F&B units Retail or related industry exposure

Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial:

Supervise cluster of outlets.
Maximize area sales performance and drive profits.
Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.
Reviewing business performance in line with budgetary control Asset & Equipment maintenance.
Salary costs for cafè level.
Analysis of Sales: Salary ratio in the respective area assigned.
Assuring the Timely indent is done for all the Cafes.
Wastage control measures.
Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operations.

2) CAFE MANAGER
REPORTING TO: Area Manager
REPORTEES: Asst Cafè Manager, RMTs, OTs, Team Members.
LOCATION: Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore

Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial:
Supervise an individual outlet.
Maximize Cafè sales performance and drive profits.
Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.
Asset & Equipment maintenance.
Assuring the Timely & Accurate indent is placed for the cafè.
Wastage control measures.
Ensuring the compliance of the SOPs on cash & all the tenders.
Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.
3) EXECUTIVE /SR EXECUTIVE – MAINTENANCE
REPORTING TO: Manager (Maintenance)
LOCATION: Bangalore/Chennai/Kerala/Mysore

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of preventive maintenance
Prioritize work
Well informed & ability to train cafe personnel in preventive maintenance
Strong co-ordination skills

Qualifications:
Diploma in ITI (mechanical/electrical/machinery or Refrigeration)

Exposure:
1-2 years experience in maintenance of different types of electrical equipments, Refrigeration & AC

Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Orientation Indicators:
Ensure Vendor Payments are made on time.
Ability to identify problem areas and resolve maintenance issues.
Ensure proper communication & training to café In charge regarding equipment maintenance.
4) SENIOR MANAGER – LOGISTICS
REPORTING TO: General Manager – SCM
REPORTEES: Executive, Sr. Executive, Asst. Manager, Managers
LOCATION: Bangalore / Mumbai
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Keen eye for observation, process oriented & has high levels of integrity
Knowledge on Quality Assurance practices like HACCP etc
Knowledge on F&B quality processes
Ability to Multi-Task with quick response time
Comfortable with medium Travel frequency

Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate with MBA / Equalent Degree specialized in Operations or SCM

Exposure:
10 -12 yrs of Supply chain experience especially in Logistics Area in a medium sized Retail, manufacturing or distribution sector
Experience in F&B industry mandatory
High expertise & experience level in forecasting systems and dynamic inventory management
Strong capabilities in tendering, techno-commercial negotiations, and contract finalization and execution

Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial:
A keen strategist with expertise in analytic and managing entire operations with key focus on profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Comprehensive experience in managing end to end Supply Chain Operations ensuring maximum growth and profitability within the defined guidelines.
Review historical sales trends, analyze varying demands and set up the Inventory Norms across all warehouses and production Hubs. Develop an error free forecast plan and adhere to the plan.
Ensuring 100% statutory compliance across all the CFA & Warehouses pertaining to all documents/Licenses related to Insurance, sale Tax, PFA & health Licenses, fire licenses, etc.
