I hope you received my previous letter. Why haven’t you replied yet? Do write soon. Yesterday I saw Bandit Queen! It was really a very moving film. I thought about it for a very long time.
When are you coming to see us all? Is it as hot in Bombay as it is here? Summer is so oppressive in Amritsar. The afternoons are scorching hot; the evenings, however, are slightly better. Mummy and Daddy send you their love. Do write soon, giving us detailed news about yourself.
