Science Project on “Distance to The Moon”, Project Experiment Topics on Outer Space for Class 8, 9, 10 and 12 Students.

Distance to The Moon

Materials Required:

  1. Pencil and paper
  2. Research material

Have you ever imagined a spaceship that runs on pedal power, such as a bicycle? Then try to imagine a road going from the earth to the moon.

Had you been able to pedal at the rate-of around 10 kmph, how long do you think it would take you to go to the moon?

Find out the distance between the earth and the MOOR. Divide that distance with your speed. Then you would easily know the number of hours that you would take to reach the moon, at that speed.

If you divide that time by 24 hours, you can find out the number of days it would take you to make the w old you would be when you get there.
