I would like to complain against a LC; Washing Machine purchased a week back from your firm vide Cash Memo No. 747 dated December 22, 2011. From the last one week it is not functioning properly. It creates noise and stops all of a sudden. Our clothes do not get properly washed and remains dirty. Certain manufacturing defect has revoked its working. Since this machine is within the guarantee period, I request you to replace it at the earliest.
